I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zebra Technologies (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
After phone interview, there was a coding assignment to write at home. The Engineers didn't respond to emails during the process. After getting a refusal to proceed with me further, I asked for some feedback, but again, without any response.
This could be either total lack of respect for the applicants (who already aren't at the initial state and are not so many), or a heavy load of work, which shows some bad management. Hardly believe they're so loaded that couldn't write even a single formal sentence... In either case, the behavior is inadequate and unacceptable for me and I would not like to work in such environment. I do not recommend this company.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zebra Technologies in Nov 2025
Interview
he interview had an online assessment followed by a technical round and an HR discussion. Questions focused on basic programming, problem-solving, project experience, and communication skills. The process was structured and straightforward
only done the first round about hr waiting for 2nd round apparently a technical one so will let you know if I get it and what questions got asked during the interview process with them
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zebra Technologies (Colombo, Western) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process itself was okay, 1 virtual interview and 1 face-to-face interview in the Zebra Colombo office.
However, after this, I was sprung upon the question of being asked about my previous salary slip and pay information. This is very unprofessional and
should not be asked from candidates. Salaries should be awarded based on merit, knowledge, experience and the job role/description.
I firmly mentioned that i will not share this info, and afterwards i was dropped from the selection process, which is very unethical and a complete waste of my time.
