The process involved four rounds: an initial screening call with HR, a second interview, a design task requiring a social-first video ad, static ad, and written rationale for a fictional MENA trading app, followed by a final interview. After completing all rounds, I received no response for three weeks. I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a generic rejection with no specific feedback. The design task was well-scoped, but the lack of communication afterwards was disappointing given the level of time invested.
