Three total phone interviews and one in person. Pretty straightforward interview. There wasn't a ton of technical questions, they mostly just want to get to know you. There were a couple questions about some basic financial terms but nothing complicated.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zayo
Interview
It was pretty laid back. I was taken to a conference room and three different interviewers came in for about 30 minutes each. They asked me about my resume, about my interests, and gave me some brief behavioral-type questions. Everyone was very friendly and conversational.
The office was very modern and clean, and it looked like people enjoyed working there. Some were dressed very casually, and I felt like I was slightly overdressed for the interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zayo in Dec 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview with my potential supervisor. She was really friendly, honest, and focused more on explaining the role than actually checking my qualifications. Overall, very relaxed and gave me a good idea of what the position was going to be. Within a few days, I was told over email that they would "LOVE to offer me the position" and HR was working on an offer letter. A week later, nothing. I reached out to my original interviewer, and she assured me it was on it's way. Another week later (after I had stopped looking for other positions) and I was told the group was on a hiring freeze, so I would not be offered the position. It was extremely misleading, frustrating, and overall really detrimental to my view of the company. DO NOT OFFER SOMEONE A POSITION UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO SO.
