The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Zapwater Communications (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process began in February and I kept hearing back from them every few weeks making me believe they were still interested in hiring me for a position that I hadn't even applied for. They were still contacting me in August when I had already accepted another position. My first impression of the company is that it seemed very disorganized and slow - not exactly ideal for a self-proclaimed "fast-paced" PR agency wanting to bring on new talent.

Interview
I applied online and was called in for an interview 2 weeks later. They conducted the interview with two of the coordinators. It was a very comfortable setting and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. After I left I sent a follow up email and was contacted 2 weeks later and offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zapwater Communications (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
After applying for an entry level position through their employment inquiry email address (which, significantly, is different from their internship email address), I was asked for an interview. Despite being under the impression I was coming in for an entry level interview, I was only informed at the place that it was for an unpaid internship. They never even let me know the decision-- and it has been over a month and a half.
While this review says nothing about the office atmosphere or their quality of work, my interaction with Zapwater was frustrating.
