Interview
Phone screen with an early team member who asked pretty standard questions; basic competency and basic culture fit. Then moved to a day of in person interviews. Interviewed with 4 current members and ended with a conversation with the CEO. Was very impressed with how carefully and how much time the team invested in vetting.

Interviewer laid out the basic assumptions about the company's customer, then asked how I would change the product if that assumption proved to be false.
