The environment was incredibly difficult and hostile, particularly from the directors, which is especially disappointing for an UNPAID ROLE. The interview itself was challenging and they demanded a lot again for unpaid work. They seem to take advantage of graduates frequently, and based on what I’ve seen, this is a common practice. I would not recommend this experience—it’s very unfair.
