The interview process was incredibly long and difficult. They are a small business, and it seemed incredibly extensive. First step was a phone screen, then a video interview, then reference check (and they ask for a reference to write you a letter of recommendation) then an hour long assessment that they send you, finished by a second phone interview. They ask more questions than any job I have ever interviewed for. I did great on everything and was still not offered the position, it just seemed like a waste of time. I was overqualified anyway.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked so many questions over the 5 interviews that I don't recall.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ZEROREZ Carpet Cleaning (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2020
Interview
Felt like a very toxic environment. I have also heard that the owners are slightly racist. I did not feel comfortable in the environment. I would not recommend to any said persons of color.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZEROREZ Carpet Cleaning (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2022
Interview
General manager reaches out via email to schedule a Team's call. Interview questions were the common questions you normally get asked. He was very thorough in explaining the job and the company's expectations. Overall seemed very personable and easy, didn't make you feel uncomfortable and that helped with nervousness.
