Interview
The interview process at Zageno was friendly and structured, including an introduction, discussion of experience, role expectations, team fit, and practical examples, followed by time for questions. All in all, quite an easy process.

Question 1
The most important question focused on how I handle responsibility and communication, especially when facing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring reliability while working independently and collaboratively.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZAGENO in Dec 2021
Interview
First interview was with an HR rep, mostly generic questions such as why are you looking to work here. Second interview was with an operations manager, this time they explained a bit more the position.

How does your experience relate to the position you're applying to.
I have never participated in such a unorganized interview process. I had a good first interview, then for the second one, they cancelled 30 minutes before the meeting saying the recruitment process had been cancelled.
