The interview process is a 30-min to hour interview with a 6 person panel interview. The first question is a get to know you question,1 question about your experience, 1 question about why you are interested in the position, 2-3 scenario questions.
You are required to take CVSA test which is similar to a polygraph test (lie detector).
Required to take a mobility and stress physical to determine you have a full range of motion.
Required to take a written personality test and job compatibility test.
