Interviewer very clearly described the role and asked pertinent questions about my interests and expertise. The interview process had 4-5 rounds including a technical interview with live coding. Each step of the interview process was communicated clearly, quickly and professionally.

First a phone screening, then two in perosn interviews (One hour technical, then two hours focused on education and work experience). Primarily with the team lead, but interviews also had co-workers on the software and adjacent technical teams.
