Seriously the weirdest interview process either. The initial 15-minute phone screening was as expected and great. I was then invited to a 2-hour onsite interview, where I would spend 30 minutes each with a different person.
They implied that each interviewer would be more difficult and scarier after the last, but each ended up asking me the same questions... up until the final interviewer. Since this was a creative marketing position, she ended up showing me her Instagram (??) and walking me through the evolution of her social media life before asking to pull up my own. She asked for my Zodiac sign and asked if I'd be willing to help with the YourMechanic social media too eventually.
Long story short, they ghosted me completely. I knew I was a great candidate but it happened for the better. Landed a position with a way bigger company in SF after that and never looked back.
