It was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had. It didn't take long just asked basic interview questions and about past employment. I already submitted an application and they information already.
The interview process was pretty quick and easy. My interview did not last very long. I was offered the job the and now I’m just filling out official application. Hopefully everything works out for me. I am looking forward to starting this job
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Your Employment Solutions (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sep 2018
Interview
Contacted by message after I applied for one of their positions. Asked to come in so they can do all the background checks, drug test, and formal paperwork. Within 10 minutes of conversation, it was found the position I was applying for was actually not the best fit (it was an outside, in the elements, position). They did some quick searching, and within the time had found a job that was a better fit for my experience and career path. I walked out with the job offered, and a start date within 3 days.

Question 1
Mostly, a nice niche contract to hire establishment. Walk in the door, and pretty much walk out the door with a job. YES is more concerned that you are the best fit for their clients, so that not only you are happy, but their client is as well. Questions are usually: Why do you want to work this position? Why do you want to work for "this" (client) company? They will spend as much time as needed to ensure that a "best-fit" is made.
