Interview
First you will receive a phone call or email inviting you to an in person interview. The in person interview requires you to show up for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. You will be answering questions from management while you shadowing employees. They will be looking for how you interact with the kids. How good your art skills are. You need excellent customer service, the ability to teach children of any age and the ability to work on your own and as a team. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting paint on but dress professionally!

Question 1
What experience do you have working with or teaching children?
Can you be given an image you've never seen before and copy it? Kids will bring in a picture of their favorite character. You will be required to break it down and teach them.

Usually done by a Senior Employee, sometimes a manager if they have one. First interview is a series of questions. Second you will work for free for 2 hrs to see how you work well with children.

Interview
First they made me do a phone interview where they asked some very basic questions then I was required to do two in person interviews where they made me work for two hours (each) without pay. No real questions were asked they just put your directly to work after a quick tutorial. No pay is given for your work if they choose to hire you.
