Interview
Worst HR experience. HR would ignore messages for updates, promise to call at a certain time to give an update but totally forget for multiple days in a row. Extremely unprofessional. Was given a verbal offer but then it got rescinded because apparently C-suite overruled the hiring manager's decision. Labelling yourself as a startup doesn't let you get away with not having proper hiring practices.

Question 1
1. Given 2 by N array, each element has a value. traversing from top left to bottom right, return the minimum value of the sum of values passed.
2. Given a list of strings, return list of lists of all strings that are anagrams of each other

Interview
First round was a chat with the HR, HR was knowledgeable of the company and it's trajectory, however HR asked for my last drawn and proceeded to claim that I was overpaid for my years of experience and that YouTrip avoids hiring at high rates, but can guarantee growth in the company. Tell me, what does the growth matter if the company's metric for salary bands is by YOEs? A few weeks later, I've received an offer 45% higher than my previous base.

Had a call with the director of engineering, it was okay, had general questions that felt more behaviour than technical. Did not proceed further than this stage.
