I went through only to the first screening call with the HR. She was very kind and I felt it quite transparent about the work culture & job scope. Unfortunately, due to my own time limitation, I couldn’t make it to the next round, even that she’s kind enough to communicate this well and I had a very good impression of this company.

Interview
Firstly one formal interview with team leader and operations executive, then customer service e-mail and chat tests via skype and finally meeting the team and the COO. The process was relatively fast overall and the people were all very helpful and friendly.
