I never interviewed with Yogi Tea because they check out my work and hired me without an interview and it was contract work so they didn't need to do a formal interview

Interview
Compassionate, warm, friendly, thoughtful, transparent. Really lovely, far more engaging, more like friends meeting for tea than a traditional interview. Quite enjoyable. I'm very impressed with the company, it's values and how they interact with potential team members.
