Hiring was done at a pooled campus recruitment. We had the process as following: 1. Written Test ( Basic of computer science and aptitude) 2. Group discussion 3.Technical Interview 4. Managerial Interview ( partially technical ) 5. HR Interview ( mostly a formality, you are almost through) The overall experience is pleasant, the company staff is very gentle and warm during the entire process. Inorder to fair well, brush up the basics of your core subjects: Data Structure, Algorithms, Object Oriented programming ( Core JAVA basics), DBMS etc. They might ask you a bit about your projects and other freelancing experiences *if you have any*
