The interview process was a waste of time. My first interview with the company was over Zoom, the interviewer really had no interest in my background and he was super unprepared to the interview. He asked me question which had no relation to the role and focused more on my current employee and how they evaluate people.. It was like he did not take a look at my resume. I felt that I was more then qualify for the role, the interviewer even asked me, why would I want to RETURN to a client facing role... which left me puzzle after I recieved an email saying they won't purse a further interview and the feedback being I don't have client facing experience. I wish next time, they have someone conducting the interview who really wants to know the candidate, and has taken a look into your resume before wasting their time and the candidate times.
