My first interview with these was when my cousin and i decided to apply together. So we go in to fill out the applications and are told that the hiring manager is in and wants to interview us. So we sit there waiting for her to come in. Waiting…. For about 45 minutes. When she finally comes in she’s doing everything hastily, asking questions about experience and the usual interview questions. I tell her that i had five months experience because i had recently quit my job from another company in the same complex, my cousin has no experience in this sort of thing since we’re from a state where it’s illegal. The lady seemed to be questionable about what I said and tried to apply pressure saying that if couldn’t do this in this amount of time when they “test” my skills then I wouldn’t be hired. Then turned to my cousin and smiled and told her if she can’t do the same thing they would be willing to work with her. She ended up being called but she turned it down because of what the woman said. The second one I had was at 10:30 am. The workers got out for lunch and came back an hour later. Me? I’m still waiting for the woman to come down. 15 goes by and I get up to go ask, here she comes strolling as if everything is good. Starts asking me questions and seemed very interested until she found out my experience. I wouldn’t have applied if the position offered didn’t say entry level. I was desperate to get a job so I stupidly applied only to get the same story. Just was giving me every con in the book to discourage me from ever working there.
