It appears to be an organisation that does not genuinely value or respect candidate profiles. Despite all details being clearly outlined in the resume, the interviewer made inappropriate remarks about age, which were both unprofessional and irrelevant to the role.
Furthermore, the hiring manager did not seem clear on the type or seniority of candidate they were seeking. The interview process reflected a misalignment between expectations and reality, where senior-level experience was explored, yet compensation expectations suggested a junior-level budget. This indicates a lack of clarity and preparedness in the hiring process.

firstly there's an hr call, if you pass there are two more rounds. HR would ask you several basic questions like what do you do before, and since this job requires english talking skills, you would be asked to answer some questions in English. This part is relatively simple. After that, more detailed questions are waiting for you. How you behave is quite important.

first step is the preliminary phone screen, then there is director manager interview, and followed by regional director interview, won't take long between the stages and everyone is nice and helpful,
