I received an email to set up a virtual interview. Interview day came (2 days later) and 20 minutes before the interview I received a calendar cancellation then a text stating they had a legal meeting come up and needed to reach back out to reschedule. I followed up a few days later and heard nothing back. By the end of the week, the posting was removed. I understand business needs change, but the professional thing to do would be to let the candidate know especially since the interview was scheduled.
