I had an email requesting the time for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 35 minutes. Next I had two face to face interviews with my future supervisor each lasting over 2 hours and about 1.5 months apart. This was followed by two presentations that I had to make to the VP and several other department heads. The presentations involved comparing the companies products to the competition. I also had to submit two "hot sheets" on fictitious products they assigned to demonstrate writing skills and marketing creativity.
