Hr is the initial stage thru phone call. Then you will be having the supervisor and manager interview onsite at Lima. It follows a standard interview which they will ask you regarding on what you put on your resume

Interview
I applied via a recruitment company so it was a 2-day process in which 1st and final interviews occur on successive days. First there was a document screening from the recruitment company and then Yamaha Motors invited me to have an interview with them based on my submitted documents.
