Pretty Difficult. The first part is like any other interview. The following is a 10-minute lesson plan. now this would be easier for someone who already has teaching experience. However, a first-time teacher would have difficulty.

Interview
There was a phone screen, then an on campus interview, then a sample lesson in the grade level (or similar) you'd most likely teach. The kids were great and the staff was really kind.

After I taught my lesson, they asked me what I felt went really well, and what I would have changed about my lesson to keep the students engaged.

Phone Interview with General HR team, then in person interview on campus- Behavioral interview with 1-2 staff then sample lesson with students of grade you’ll be teaching. It was a little scary if you’ve never taught before, but very fair and supportive
