Question 1
In the In person interview - I was asked about manufacturing processes
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at YASA (Yarnton, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Initial call with HR followed by face to face with potential line manager. Both felt relaxed and friendly.
I was asked how I would respond to a couple of scenarios as well as the usual general conversation about my experience and the role itself. I was told I might struggle with the strict processes of the role whereas I'm currently working in the Medical Devices industry which is highly regulated!
They messed up the time of my interview, and during my interview they were unable to satisfactorily answer my questions about how the company promotes and instills the values it claims to have.
Since then I have not heard from them, despite emailing the HR contact twice. I've been ghosted!
