The role I applied for was a newly created position, and the interview process seemed focused on determining whether my vision aligned with that of YAP Global. As the interviewer was already familiar with my work, I didn't need to extensively demonstrate my ability to accomplish tasks. The interview process unfolded as follows: 1.
