The process began with a telephone interview focusing on my understanding of software development fundamentals and problem-solving skills. Following the initial screen, I was invited to complete an online assessment comprising coding challenges and logical puzzles. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage, but will be looking forward to other roles.
