Interview
First interview was behavioral and was heavily focused on conflict resolution and working in a culturally diverse environment, Second interview was technical and I solved several word problems while on the phone with the interviewer.

Describe a time you had a disagreement with someone from a different cultural or religious background at work. How did you resolve it?

Interview
It was all a series of situational/behavioral questions. They gave a type of situation/scenario, and you gave a response of a situation where you had encountered that type of scenario with how you handled it/learned from it/etc. Two people from Y-12 went back and forth posing the situations. Each would ask questions during the response to each pose scenario.

A time where you had to adapt to change.
A leadership role that you've been in, describe this role and your leadership style.
A situation working with a group of people that encountered personality conflicts between the group (this was worded differently, but I cannot recall how)
