Deceptive lines of questioning outside the job description. It seems their hiring makes decisions on candidates prior to interviewing and just like to waste their time. I had to review hours worth of company material sent over and expected a response the following business day. After combing through all of it, and providing a thoughtful, insightful response that I spent a long time preparing, I was immediately responded to not move forward. I'd be very cautious about working with such a deceptive company.

The interview process at Xyleme was by far one of the best interviews I have had. I got a true insight on the company and how the culture at the company is. During the process I truly saw how important the people are to the company. Finding the right fit is important for them just as was to me.

The interview process was straight forward and to the point. Xyleme is looking for individuals that fit in with the amazing culture and strengthen the already amazing company. During the process, you can feel how important the people are at Xyleme. Conversations were amazing and it felt like a regular conversation.
