It was surprisingly a very intense interview process for a 16 month intern. They had three phases in the entire interview process. 1st phase involved technical testing on paper. If one passed the 1st phase, 2nd phase of interview involved a "top-code" interview which involved your knowledge about algorithms and once you passed this, the final interview would be based on your knowledge of software architectures. Process limited to only Phase 1 for a 4 month intern for the same position. The interviewer was very friendly. They had a very positive environment and I would have surely liked to work there. Why I didn't get a call back for the second interview was due to my lack of knowledge on implementing linked lists.
