The process includes 3 technical rounds followed by HR round. The HR called me before scheduling the interview for expected CTC. I told her and she agreed on the same. I had another interview on the same day which I didn't attend because HR here agreed on my expected CTC. I cleared all 3 technical rounds and some other HR told me that your recruiter HR will call you on Monday. She called me on Tuesday saying we can offer you salary less by 50k what we were offering you earlier. I agreed. She didn't called me for the whole week. I called her on Monday of next week and she told me business is not going ahead with that salary as well. Your experience and expected salary doesn't fit our band and said this time we can offer you 1.5 lakh less than what we were offering you earlier. I declined straightway. No proper management.
