I applied for two positions originally, one for an Area Manager and the other for a District Manager.
I received an email around midnight to resend my résumé. It was in regards to the Area Manager position. So, I resent my résumé and got response back stating that it would be forwarded through proper channels and I would be contacted soon. Way sooner than I though...
I received an email within twelve hours afterwards from now my supervisor wondering if we could set up an interview call. We proceeded to set it up and the interview was pretty normal. Normal question pertaining to myself and values, knowledge of the company and so on.
Everything went well and I was sent a link to a video to watch in regards to the company itself, which I later found out is only a fraction of the company. Downside to the video, it was two hours long but don't get me wrong, it was well worth it! I sent an email back to my now supervisor and she got ahold of me the next morning wondering again when we could set up another call. I told I worked and she asked me to call immediately, so I did.
The one and only thing she wanted to know was what my reaction was and what my thoughts and/or views were on what I watched. My answers matched what she needed in a District Manager. I was sent the Offer of Acceptance to fill out and send back to HR. I completed that over the weekend and sent it back.
Monday came along and I was sent everything I needed to kickstart my career in a company who's vision will last for years. And I get to be a part of history in the making!
Any hints for the interview process, please just be yourself. It will get you further!
