I applied through LinkedIn quick apply. Heard back quickly from the Head of People & Culture who called for a casual chat and to arrange a first stage interview with Head of Department and CCO. I was instantly put at ease by the small talk and smiling faces over Google Meet. It became clear that the interview was going going be pleasant and there were no "fakeries" from either side. I feel the interview was very genuine and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Companies talk a lot about culture, but it seemed to be the heart of Xiatech. There was no technical test, just situational examples and general questions around my CV. Going over personal aspirations etc. It was a single stage process and I heard back a couple or hours after the interview, something I always greatly appreciate. I was invited for a chat with the CEO & Founder, which was very nice, and again casual. This helped me make my decision to accept the offer. Wonderful interview experience.

Overall the experience was great, Maddie the Talent Acquisition Specialist was brilliant to chat to and find out about the role and get insights on who was doing the interviews and what to expect. The interview process felt more like a chat to get the most out of me rather than a grilling interview experience, everyone was very friendly. I met with the Chief Customer Officer and Client Partner to talk about the role and for them to understand my experience, I then met the head of Transformation and Head of Architecture and finally a chat with the Chief People Officer, all were really engaging, with respectful interactions throughout the interview. It was really quick and completed within 2 weeks. An enjoyable experience as interviews go!
