To explain the knowledge that you have lean from your previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xiaomi (Singapore) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was quite efficient and they arranged all interviews on that day itself. One is with senior engineer and one is with department head.
The HR called for salary information after one week. But they offered the salary with lower than industry standard which I declined on the call.
