1. Informal and no respect for your time/schedule: They did not even try to book a time for the interviews. In the second interview, they gave very short notice to book at a time on the same day as the interview time, but then the interviewer was caught up in another meeting and ended up being late for an hour. This shows chaotic scheduling, bad time management and no respect to candidates.
2. Unprofessional and arrogance: Never heard from them again after the two interviews. They didn't bother to drop a simple email.
Advice:
1. Unprofessional interview processes give candidates a feeling that your company has chaotic management processes and internal scheduling.
2. At least have the courtesy of informing candidates results/feedback after the interviews. It's hard to believe employees will be respected if you have zero respect for candidates/potential employees.
I applied the job via LinkedIn. Never got any answer from them. The HR with whom I am connected on LinkedIn never bothered to reply me with one single word. It’s a pity that an ambitious company acts like this. I also heard from the people working there who have lots of negative experience. Not recommended for new applicants.
