1st Step: Simple Online application, with 4 competence based questions, followed by verbal and numerical psychometric tests (SHL), followed by Assessment Centre. The first task of the Assessment Centre was a Presentation and then competence based questions, followed by a Group Exerise (Build the tallest free standing structure out of spaghetti and marshmallows). Afterwards, there was a written exercise in which we were given an electrical apparatus and had to answer questions about what we thought it was, as well as other questions related to the role.
