I recently applied for a leadership position at Xero and as a former Xero employee and someone who has worked with TX (Talent acquisition) team members, I have to say the process has gone downhill. I can understand that TX team limited and understaffed, but the current team members aren't really living up to some of the basic SLAs when applicants apply for roles. There is a massive time lag to even get a response regarding an application and in some cases don't even bother sending a response anymore when you specifically ask for feedback. You are basically ghosted. Sad really
