Interview
It starts with 2 screening interviews, then on to trial, and finally an offer.
Screening interviews seem to ask a combination of technical, experience as well as culture and conflict management questions.
Trial day is a day of working with several employees in Xendit to solve a problem. It is meant to simulate a day of work at Xendit with the actual team members who you'll interface with regularly at your job. This was stressful but highly satisfying, and I thought it showcased a lot of the team's personality and expertise, the type of problems I'll have to solve in the company as well as the expectations of the company.

The interview consisted of a trial where the applicant is asked to solve a specific problem. The trial was challenging but also gives the applicant the opportunity to know how it feels to work there
