Xcite Automotive interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me and asked for my availability to interview. I provided the dates and times, and the recruiter rescheduled my interview two times, 2mins prior to our scheduled time without an explanation. I received an updated calendar invite with a date and time we had not agreed on.

Interview process was pretty fast. After applying, you receive a phone interview with their Human Resources in Chicago. Then a virtual interview with the regional manager. I was offered the job by the end of the day
