Xandros Software Engineering Manager interview questions

A recruiter contacted me about a position as an engineering manager. We traded messages a couple of times, then spoke for about 30-45 minutes. We covered the position requirements, company atmosphere, my work history, and current employment situation. As I cut the process short, I cannot speak to later phases of the interview process.
