My interview was remote via Zoom with the VP of Talent Acquisition. He immediately made me feel at ease. He did an excellent job of selling me on the opportunity and the company. I was very excited and pumped the more we talked. The questions asked were to see if I was a good fit for the position./company. It really felt like having a casual conversation with someone I've known. None of those questions that try to trip you up or aren't even related to the opportunity. By the end of the interview, I understood the hiring process and was eager to move on to the next step. He has kept in touch updating me and I'm thrilled to move on the final interviews. I'm 100% this is the perfect fit for me.
