Basically, it's pretty like the same with many company. The HR will call you first and ask you some basic question. After that, you will have video call with your direct manager.

There is email first from HR. Then hr will ask you so general question about yourself, for example, why do you want to come here. What makes you different. Also your expectation salary. Then they will ask you the time for interview

Many general questions: Introduce yourself. What did you do with your previous jobs? What is your experience in optics? Do you have any color calibration experience? Can you stay in here for long time? Are you willing to relocate?
