I applied, got a call from the hiring manager about 2 weeks later, interviewed and got an offer a few days later. You are then scheduled for a day of onboarding and then 2 days of orientation. Then your manager tells you when you officially start.

Interview
One phone interview, two in person interviews (with a direct supervisor, then with the director of the whole spa). It's very basic questions, and questions about your work experience. They are mostly (if not only looking) to see if your personality is compatible with theirs. The director is a sweetheart and very, very easy to get along with. Main supervisor not so much.
Asked me during interview if I would be willing to cut school for my shifts at wynn. I said no, didn't get hired. Beautiful spa but management was very obsessed with themselves
