Once you make it to the group interview it's an interesting process. There was maybe about 20 of us and they paired us up. We were told we had to learn about our partner because we were going to be presenting them to the group. And then we had to tell of a time we gave exceptional service. There was a panel of 6 managers watching. It was pretty nerve racking, but everyone was nervous. After everyone presented the managers all stepped out for a few minutes to pick out their top choices. I felt like I was on Americas Next Top Model. Then they all came back in and called 6 of us to go into another room. We waited in there for about 10 mins and when we were called back out the rest of the group was gone. We then all scheduled one on one interviews with the managers that wanted you (theres 4 different front desks). Then you have a one on one at The Wynn. At the end they gave me the offer but told me I had to pass a background and a drug test.
