First you apply online. Then if selected, someone will call to set up interview. Once interview time is established and you are there, the manger asked work related questioned pertaining to working in the restaurants. Then second interview with a director. If selected they will call you for orientation.

The interview was pretty simple. Interviewed at the drugstore cafe took about 30 minutes. I applied online because of an employee referral, I got a call the following day setting up an interview. After the interview I was told that the position was union and the things i would need to start. As soon as i did that i was fitted for my uniform and went to orientation.
