Had a relatively pleasant 30 min into phone call with the director of professional services. He asked the typical questions and gave more insight into the job. He scheduled a tentative on-site interview and sent me a take-home test. The take-home is pretty simple - design and build an age-gate plugin. After I sent my take-home I never heard back from them even after I sent follow-ups. I found it rude to ghost/not provide feedback to a candidate who spent a few hours on a take-home assignment. I won't take them into consideration in the future.

The interview took a couple of hours and it was fairly technical but also included some behavioral and project management questions that were beneficial to describe how the team operates.
