Wyboston Lakes interview questions

Pleasant interview if informal. Was a break from the standard interview questions. Invited for a job trial the following week during a 'carnival' style banquet. Worked the trial for over 4 hours (for free). Just before leaving was notified that they were trialing others for the role and they would let me know the very next day as to the result of the trial, It is now 2 weeks following on from the trial date and I am yet to hear a single thing from Wyboston Lakes. No replies to e-mails or telephone calls. I don't consider my trial a failure. However I do believe in the common decency of letting persons that have worked a trial shift: the outcome of that shift and application. To hear nothing feels disrespectful.
