Long interview process with a time consuming project. They were hiring before signing the client (I didn't know this). The client never signed and I never got the role, but I had to follow a creative brief and complete an entire project.

La entrevista constó de dos instancias, la primera una charla distendida con la representante de RRHH y la segunda con la manager del área de QA de la empresa. No duraron mucho, 10 minutos cada una aproximadamente. Después de eso se contactaron conmigo para hacer el ingreso.

Very lengthy interview process, where I was asked to create three presentations for which I received amazing feedback and was told they would be moving to offer. I stopped the application process for three other great roles (which I know I shouldn't have done). A final interview got added last minute, then moved several times with it eventually taking place last minute where one interviewer's internet dropped constantly and the other was on mute and incredibly rude. The questions were not competency based and was an awful experience as a candidate.

I applied and also had a referral. The interview went well until they were discussing the job that didn’t match the description. Turns out, my application was mixed in with the rest of the job applications and my efforts went in the drain

It was good, I got technical questions and gave technical test overall It was good than the operations round happened I cleared that round too, there were many questions like how will you manage the team

All interviews seemed to go well, except for the final interview with the manager that was short. The entire process took approximately two weeks, including the recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, and second manager interview. The interviewers were all kind and welcoming, but if you read the previous reviews, beware as they will totally ghost you if you are not hired. After the final interview, I sent my first follow-up and another one a week later. As all I asked for was updates on their end, I find ghosting a candidate completely disrespectful and unprofessional. It was especially disappointing when they were so quick to schedule previous interviews and then ghost after the final round. Do better.

The interview process was dragged out over 1.5 months and 4 interviews before I was ghosted by HR. In my third interview, the interviewer was 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview and then asked to reschedule to the next day. After being patient for over a month I received no answers from HR regarding the decision for this position. I am disappointed in WT's communication and interview process for potential hires.

Scheduled the interview in-person but changed to Teams meeting on my request. Interviewer/Manager did not show up to the meeting on Teams on scheduled time and date. Seems something is not functioning as it should as I had to accept the new meeting and get a confirmation back that it is scheduled.
