Disorganised. Alarm bells ringing when I asked about high staff turnover. The response was very crude. The interviewer ignored the stats that I had and gave examples of how staff had been with wren for 15 years plus

Basic sales questions on past experiences. I.e tell us a time where u had to meet targets. What did u do to achieve them. Tell me a time where u didn't meet your targets? What did u do to make sure it didn't happen again
