I applied online. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Hereford, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
Waited two hours for interview, broken up into teams for scenario based questions. Called back in for interview on a two to one basis. Don't feel the interview was very well set up, didn't think the interviewer was asking fair questions. I was positive and engaging with everyone there, but they didn't see my worth, their loss I'm afraid.

Application
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
